What to expECT IN An exercise physiology APPOINTMENT
Firstly, we will give you the time to explain your current health goals. We want to learn your story, and know which stage of your Women’s Health journey you’re up to. With this information we can formulate a plan to either introduce or return you safely to exercise, restore your desired body composition or periodise your training loads around your cycles.
Next we’ll perform an initial assessment. We do a movement screen and strength tests to identify your current capabilities. Finally, we design an individualised training plan with structured sessions and scheduling reccomendations.
